I have used this insurance agency for a number of years. Overall I have been very happy. Years ago there was a mix-up with my renewal, I was very frustrated, but in the end Randy took care of it and apologized.

I just renewed again for this year. I priced my policies out with all the "know names", but stayed with them. They were able to beat them and save me money. I personally like having a "insurance guy". If there is a issue I could call and go right to them. And if need be, I could still go directly to the insurance carrier.
