You are not the in good hands with Allstate or the Peter Stockwell agency. Peter and his staff are rude. When you request help or documents they act like they are doing you a favor. Also they lie. I have filed a complaint with the Connecticut Department of Consumer protection. Peter insulted me and he has a very bad attitude. If you read his reviews he even threw a check at another customer. I know why Pete's staff is rude lol ke who they watch all day being condensding and rude. He claims he is active in the community. He also will tell you Lies to get you off the phone.
I have been with Peter for close to 5 years now. Placed one claim and it was handled with the best of care and detail. I was with Geico for over 20 years and I not only saved money but can actually talk to the same person every time. The Stockwell agency has all my insurance coverage and my personal investments. Can not say enough!
