I totally disagree with the statement below. Unfortunately I was burnt by another moving company many years ago so I was apprehensive to use any moving company but Ivan (the owner) was so thorough in his explanations helping me understand hourly rates, problems that can arise, travel time, packing used, etc, that I felt that because he laid out both the pro & cons so thoroughly that I made the decision to use him and his crew. The move went great, the men were wonderful and took such great care of my belongings, that now I am going to use them for my long distance move from NY to AZ!!
I was less then happy with the way my move was estimated to start. I was quoted A price of $800.00,but it actually cost me $1,200.00. This was because Sean Devine did not ask very few questions as to how the new residence was laid out, which caused huge problems for the three gentlemen moving the furniture! It also cost me alot more money then I anticipated! When I call the office to ask about alternate forms of payment, Ivan, was EXTREMELY!! RUDE an UNPROFESSIONAL !! He later called to apologize for his behavior, unfortunately the damage was done. I will never use or recommend your company to anyone!! As for the the three men who moved my furniture, they worked really hard and too great care not to damage my belongings or new condo.
