I have been to the urgent care in Bethel and will never go back! They were unprofessional. My family has been to the Newtown UC many times and have always had a good experience.
Horrible - Never again!!!!! Did a walk in at 1 PM Sunday 11/26 said there would be a 2 hour wait. I was fine with that. Use the app, kept checking it as it said to return at 4:10. Arrived ahead of the time @4 to but yet had to wait another 40 minutes to get into the patient room. But then again I waited 30 minutes in the room and still nobody. Finally got up and left. Can I give negative stars? It will not allow me to post without giving at least one star but they do not even deserve that.
Generally in and out in 1-2hours depending on the reason.
Fast, helpful and nice staff. Clean and easy location. Highly recommend!
Dr. Alessani is AMAZING! Staff is super friendly! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a quick visit!
Ronald Setkoski was by far one of the best medical professionals I've been treated by.
