Promises warranties but they just make excuses as to why its not covered. Either Cub Cadet makes substandard equipment or Newtown Power Equipment tells you it's covered but just blames the user for the equipments failure.
What he said was true. I appreciate quality, value and dealing with folks that aren't just pushing the latest deal. I got that and more. They wouldn't let me go without running through basic operating procedures and safe practices for the saw. Was also able to purchase two sets of safety chaps, helmet with face shield and hearing protection, plus stabilized premixed fuel, bar oil extra cutting chain and other accessories that are hard to find at the big box stores or hardware stores. I just found this quote on their website: "We are experts in everything we sell... because we have experience in everything we sell."
Guess where i am not going to buy a snow blower....
3 out of 4 tires went flat, the first they said was because the tubless system failed and it needed an inner tube. That was covered but then the next two tires they blamed on "thorns" and it wasn't covered. Sure they showed me 1 thorn. .. but I just can not believe them as the two flats were exactly like the first one.

We were told the equipment we purchased would work with mid grade gasoline but only high end fuel works without constant stalling. What did they tell me? I must have let debries fall into the tank and clog the fuel system.
So Sub standard tires and mis representation of fuel grade requirements on Cub cadets part? Or scammers and liars at Newtown Power Equipment.
Gave me an honest assessment on the condition of our snow blower....
