My package was shipped to the wrong location!!! I didn't get notified until I went to track the package and there was no history. I called threes times and was promised a return phone call which did not happen. I stopped at the location and the owner blamed her worker but in fact she was the one who did the order. I was promised that a letter would be emailed to the recipient and myself and have not received anything yet. It's not 15 days after returning my $400 item which I paid extra insurance. I'm going to make another visit before things get really UGLY!!!!

I had to return an pair of shoes back overseas, however it was coming close to closing (7pm).

The absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with. All I needed was them to fill out some paperwork. What I got in return was a half-year struggle to get anything from these morons. At every step of my damage claim process, the owner and employees lied, mislead, were rude, or just couldn't give answers. The owner is an awful person and should really be ashamed of her business, if you can even call it that. The way I have been treated by this company is plain wrong and I will make sure that everyone I know NEVER goes here again. I want to note that UPS corporate (not this terrible store) has been nothing but helpful with me. I strongly, strongly urge anyone considering using this store to look elsewhere. They don't deserve your money.

Although the sign says "UPS", UPS does not stand behind this product. I sent an overnight letter from this store and it was not delivered until the 4th day. I could have sent it by USPS Priority Mail for almost 1/10 the price. UPS refused to provide a refund or any compensation because I had purchased the product through the store. Even though the store gave me a receipt, it turned out to not have a tracking number so tracing this letter was extremely difficult. After an extended call with UPS and after asking for a supervisor, I finally got on a three way call with UPS and Ella at the store. It turns out that Ella had processed the letter correctly but the UPS receiving end messed up. UPS agreed to give the store a refund, and Ella refunded it to me - though I did have to make another trip to the store. Thanks Ella. UPS not so much.

Ella was extremely kind in staying open an extra 15 minutes, and took the time to walk me through the international return process and assured that I had covered all bases in making sure my package would get to its destination.

The customer service was amazing, and she made the return of a terrible purchase a surprisingly warming experience. Cannot recommend her and her location enough!!

Ella and her staff go out of their way to provide a warm hometown feeling culture. Their service is great.
