Anthony was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable employee I have ever had at a Verizon store. He was friendly and happy to explain anything we didn’t understand. He truly is an asset to the store and an example to any retail associate working with the public.

I walked in this Black Friday morning hoping that I could find a good deal on a new phone. I was greeted at the door by Danielle, who was super helpful in helping me understand my options. She listened to my wants and needs and guided me to a couple of phones that fit each one. In the end, I landed on the Samsung and she even took the time to show me a bunch of cool features on my new Galaxy S8. I just returned from a great experience purchasing a new cell phone from this store. They called me one week ahead of when the phone was supposed to be available, helped me transfer data from my old phone to the new one. They took their time to give me a quick tutorial, their honest opinion on which phone to upgrade to. I appreciate the knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive associates at this store. Will only come here for my cell phone needs! Much better than the big retail stores. Thank you Anthony and Chris! I highly recommend this store.
Chris and his team were very helpful in not only recommending a phone for an upgrade but also in reviewing my current plan and billing. Chris showed how I could get more services at a lower price by reconfiguring what I had and adding two new devices.
