I'm a long time costumer, I gave your restaurant 5 stars in the past, but sadly me and my family went for dinner tonight and it was a total different experience. The time management was completely off. Our waitress didn't know what we received for a example they brought our meals out before the sushi. On top of the time management issues our food was cold. We had to wait a while to get seated. I am very disappointed. Missing Ethan

The Sushi bar is a bit small, and not well placed as people walk by as they head to the main dining area.

I come here regularly with my family, so much so that they know my name. There is never a wait and the staff is amazing! Food is glorious as well. Love Rose the bartender. Love this place!!!
The Hibachi area is a bit sparse, and in the summer it gets too hot (large bay windows let in the early evening sunlight like a greenhouse) but in the winter it's perfectly comfortable.

The food is important of course, and it is quite good. An interesting fusion of Chinese, Japanese & Thai food. They do good sushi, nice gyoza, and their Pad Thai is a favorite. As is the Raspberry Smoothie! The staff are always very friendly.
A favorite restaurant of ours, this is a beautiful modernly decorated place, with oval tray ceilings with recessed lighting that changes color. The main ding area is very simple and sophisticated, good for socializing.
